housing and assisted programs. Through partnerships with community organizations, agencies
and local governments, MHA provides housing and homeownership opportunities for low and
moderate income persons and families. It takes a leadership role in providing programs and
resources for residents that promote and encourage self-sufficiency, self-esteem and selfdetermination. The mission of MHA is to “be the leader in making available excellent,
affordable housing for low and moderate-income persons through effective management and the
