Details: Since 1977, La Crosse County Housing Authority (LCHA) has been providing rental units for both seniors and families with limited incomes. In 140 senior apartments and 54 family apartments (duplexes), rents are based on adjusted gross income. Twenty-six senior and twenty-four family units are at an established rental rate. Our units are located in Holmen, Onalaska, West Salem, Bangor, Mindoro and on French Island.
