Details: Help Network was founded in 1992 by the Russellville Area MInisterial Alliance and a grant from the River Valley United Way. We are a non-profit faith-based agency located in Russellville, Arkansas. From 1993 through 2001, Help Network served as an “information and referral” service point of information regarding assistance available to low-income families. Beginning in 2002, Help Network began providing assistance in our offices, rather than referring families to other agencies or churches to recieve assistance.
