Details: The Gloucester Housing Authority was formed in 1948 and is proud of its long history of promoting and providing adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free of discrimination. Under the strong leadership of our 5 member Board of Commissioners we currently assist over 1300 households in the Cape Ann area through our Public Housing, Rental Assistance, Homeownership and Resident Service programs.
