Details: The Burbank Housing Authority was formed in 1975 for the purpose of administering the Federal Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. The funds for this program are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on an annual basis. The Section 8 Voucher Program also provides a tremendous resource in the city for the provision of affordable housing opportunities for very low income people.
